You have sleep paralysis for sure. Next time it happens just relax, keep counting, and concentrate on waking up. Try to avoid sleeping on your back. Stress plays a major part in sleep paralysis. Some people find that saying a prayer or asking god for help while you're in sleep paralysis seems to help. Good luck!
