Feeling guilty if no workout

If I don't work out or go on the treadmill EVERY day, I feel insanely guilty and FAT! I'm a 28 year old female, 5'8", 122 lbs. Seriously. If I don't workout, I feel so fat and I hate myself. I also feel guilty when I eat. yup every time I eat!!! Is this normal?

If you're 28, you should know these things aren't normal. Grow up maybe?

You should look for help seriously. I've been battling with bulimia and anorexia and it is really horrible. I remember this feeling as the start of this hell

5' 8'' and 122 lbs is not fat by any means. If you are worried about specific parts of your body being disproportionate then just work on those more. But I assure you, whomever you are trying to attract will not find 122 lbs fat by any means.

As for feeling guilty about not working out, completely normal. Lots of people do it, but try not to, because it may be normal but it aint healthy. Relax.

  • Your fine. I bet you used to be heavy or your a socialite who drives on attention via your physical nature.

Urg, beating a dead horse again, shut up as I have stated this over and over again.

My girlfriend is morbidly obese and she and I get along great. ALthough if you read my post from the past, I bitch and moan all the time on how her weight bothers me but I care for her because of what is INSIDE. That is what matters and only the good guys (Or gross guys who take care of nothing, but that is another topic) will look past looks for what is inside and that is what is truly important.

The biggest question is, are you happy with who you are? You are focused so much on your appearance that you may have overlooked who you truly are.

I used to be fat and now I am not anymore through hard work (God, damn horse isn't going to be a horse anymore if I keep beating it.)
but under my profile, under the last link is a lot of pictures of my life and so on. Two of them is what I looked like when I was fat.

There is nothing wrong with being fat and you can truly be happy if you WERE fat. However, there is nothing wrong with enjoying life today for what it is instead of making yourself miserable over this crap.

Just make sure you are a good person inside more than anything else.

the working out part is good, the guilty eating part is not good....

you can eat as frequent as you could, and then works out constantly, you'll have a beautiful healthy life...

    • Yeah I would rather eat and work out then not eat and not work out.
