It sounds to me like you are a bit scared of them and disgusted by them, which is not totally normal, but there are many that feel this way. Try not to think about him at work. Try to ignore that hes gay and focus on his work production. If you want to move up in life then thats something you need to overcome. I personally dont care what gay people do. It doesnt have any impact on my life, so why care?
