Although WayOutThere knows how to restrict calories to keep a thin figure, I think you should focus on why you have these feelings. Anorexia is a psychiatric illness that is based in your obsessive fear of gaining weight. You deserve a peaceful life without worrying about every calorie and gram of fat. From what I've heard of others who have had eating disorders, their self-esteem and self-worth are so low they literally want to disappear. I'm in no way, telling you what to do but it's worth taking a look at this more closely. If you do go down to 125, will it stop there? Also, WayOutThere says he/she's not sure if 130 at 5"8 is overweight. Just be careful about how to take any advice. Keep your communication open with family and seek help when your loved ones think it's best. You could be worse and be a lot thinner. I hope you have lots of love and support from your friends and family. Good luck.
