To be honest, it's not normal but I can understand. The thing is no matter how much weight you loose there will always be visible fat in some parts...most people don't pay attention to this but some people do. If your looking for that perfect body weight loss alone won't do it. You also need to tone up, do squats, etc to tighten up.
