Same, and it would actually benefit the prostitutes themself a lot as regulations could potentially make it much safer, they get workers rights and they can even have right to vacation (if other people in that country have, they should too). If we ban people without a citizenship of that nation to work as prostitutes, that could also help a lot against trafficking (especially since they would have legal competition). And maybe they also wouldn't be shamed as much if it was a valid profession to begin with, making it legal would help with that.
