Feel movement when listening to music

Occasionally if i'm listening to music with in ear headphones I get the odd sensation of movement, it often feels as though something heavy has been dropped by my feet. IIN?

Is It Normal?

    It could be a form of Synesthesia. There are times where I feel as though I am feeling or grasping the music on a deeper scale. Does that make any sense?
