Feel like someone's watching me?

sometimes especially when i am worried i get this weird feeling like someone is watching me or hanging over me. i call them phantoms and usually it feels like someone creepy who i specifically know. i know there's no one there but i still feel really creeped out and just like i can't think as clearly.

Is this just me?

    Its just your own bottled feelings. When it comes up don't get sucked into it and it will go away. If you think about it a lot, you may find life gives you experiences to confirm it, which can make you think the feeling is justified, but your feeling attracted the experience :)
