Fear of getting jumpstarted

For some reason, I always have a fear of waking to an alarm clock. Whenever I wake up to one I get shaky, nauseous, and still very drowsy. I got this fear since I started waking up to my ds alarm clock. I then started a habbit of waking up before my alarm. However, there are days that I don't get up earlier. Can anyone else relate to this?

Yes, I am terrified of this also. I can never remember if it's negative to positive terminal or negative to negative. I'm terrified I'm going to blow myself up! Scares the shit out of me.

I don't fear it but I certainly hate it and it starts my day off crappy.

I only use it as a backup, I am usually awake by that time.

If sudden noises while you're sleeping get your day off to a bad start, you need to buy an alarm clock from this guy:

I know when I am anxious for the day ahead, I dread the alarm. I wouldn't call it fear, more like anxiety. After I have a tasty breakfast and get in the car, I calm down.

The new alarm ring tone I have is much more subtle than the previous one, so it relaxes me before I get up. I love the tone, so I actually smile and get up sometimes lol. The downside to this is, I have occasionally fallen asleep again hehe

I don't like the sound of my alarm clock either.
