Just take this "ability" of yours, and use it positively. Find a way to use it to help you, rather than worry you.
Also when you were mentionaing how saying to "don't think about something", you end up doing it? You were absolutly correct. The trick is, don't use negatives. For example, instead of saying to your self "don't be late", say "be on time". It helps, trust me.
