i do this thing where i stand on the top of my head with my palms on the ground,and my knees and my elbows meet,so im um....... upside down...theres a few positions u could do from here...the only drawback is that all sorts of fluids will drip right in2 ur face..........that shits not actually that fun unless your sober...my neck is sore from improper technique
