    Who the fuck is LGRAS? This is the second time I've asked this. Okay I'll google. Why do I have this feeling that this will be a total fucking waste of time?

      This has to be the most obscure codename in the world: LGRAS is the Scottish Liason Group on Road Accident Statistics ..... make sense now?
