I'd write an IIN poll about it and do whatever you all said ;) (I feel kind of bad about joking about that =L)
In seriousness, I'd probably toss a coin to decide between the stranger and myself. I couldn't kill me mum, and I couldn't shoot a friend. Shooting a baby would be possible, but I'd rather shoot an adult stranger. Don't ask me why. Probably because I have a baby cousin, and one of my friends has a baby too. It's purely emotional reasoning :P
EDIT: Do you go to prison for the killing? If so, I'll kill myself because that minimizes the overall damage - nobody goes to prison. If not, I'm back to tossing the coin.
