Ok maybe I'm focusing on a minor detail here, but it was in the title- how do you enjoy cuddling with someone who stinks so much? I get it if your SO had a rough day and doesn't shower right away or just whatever but if they just stink to you on a regular basis and don't care? Kinda gross to perform oral then imo.
