I guess it depends on how much you value the attraction aspect. Maybe you could ask Patrick to shower often, use good body wash/soap, etc? to help with body odor? It sucks that he can't get hard, but it looks like you've had no problems with sex so far.
If you want to be with him long term, do it. If you're hesitating too much, maybe end it now. It's up to you.

I get it if your SO had a rough day and doesn't shower right away or just whatever but if they just stink to you on a regular basis and don't care? Kinda gross to perform oral then imo.
