This happened to me too years ago. I was in 3 yr relationship, I cheated n then ALL my feelings for him went away. Best decision ever!! Bc then I started to live life, I met new people, I experienced alot of new things and learned not to involve emotions in everything. There is such thing as just sex. I did have a couple of serious relationships also where all emotions were in effect. U learn to c the difference.
