I would have no interest at all in having any sort of relationship with a woman who was a 'fake' as you put it.
I believe that the whole idea of making yourself over in the image that 'will attract a man' or whatever you want to call it, is a mental illness.
Correcting serious physical deformities is one thing, but aesthetic surgery that quite often results in disfigurement, seems pure vanity and unnecessary. If a woman thinks the size of her bust will attract her ideal mate, then she deserves exactly what she does get; a shallow and most likely, ignorant fool.
