Country music is starting to do the same thing rap does and they try to be too over the top "real". You'll watch a music video and everythings the most over the top country shit and it comes off as silly to me. I wosh they'd just act normal like a merl haggard or a johnny cash. You could relate to thise dudes the new ones try too damn hard to portray the look.

    I'm not the biggest fan of country music or rap, but at least old country music and rap had soul. The modern stuff is just slightly tweaked pop.

        I got this idea when I was watching an upchurch video. Do you like Upchurch? He lives right next to me. His stuff is ok his outlaw song was cool with luke combs. But he needa to chill with the music videos lol

    I only like a few of the new artist. Mainly most of it is just unoriginal pop songs. Country used to have a soul. The new stuff just seems like a Pepsi commercial. Boring and repetitive.
