Failed my driving test 4 times, should i give up?

Hi, I just failed my test today for the second time this time round. I have also failed twice 12 years ago and gave up when I was pregnant. I have passed so many exams in schools and colleges in my life, I even passed my theory test 1st time(no mistake, hazard is 64 points). I have failed on my practical test due to silly mistakes which i didn't normally do in lessons. Anyone advise me, whether I give up or not. It's probably not for me. I'm really down at the moment. I feel like im brainless. Thanks for reading my story

Don't feel bad. I failed my test today but I'm going to practice and shove it right in their faces when I pass and pass with a good score too. Fucking cones.

Don't give up just practice more. Every time you go somewhere you take the driver seat.Go to the place, you know what the test is like so replay it in your head and try to do what the instructor ask of you. If you really dont think it is you them go to another place to take the test.
I failed the 1st time.My parallel parking was horrible and the instructor was already on edge that day because the place was about to close(I failed). Then gave up.Decided to try again 6 months later. I passed the test and got an "A" on the test.I got a 96.I failed once but you know third times a charm.

As much as I'm for the "Don't give up, try again" thing, when it comes to driving, I say just hold off. If you can't pass, it means you shouldn't drive. If can't pass there's a reason. Study, wait a year, THEN try again.

In my country I know some one who took the driving test 17 times!!!!!!so.....
I bet I'm gonna see him wrapped around a tree someday on the news, in fact I'm betting on it.

Yeah keep trying, maybe I'll see you in the news on one of those groovy pile ups with 14 wounded 5 dead breaking news announcements.

Please say what these "silly" mistakes were. Hopefully they weren't, I forgot where the break was or backing up without mirrors or at least turning around because it was clear before you got in the car.

Did you ask them where you put the key?

Sorry to say this, but I think giving up would be the better option. Failing once is one thing, but failing 4 times is too much. It might mean that you are not cut out for driving.
My mum wants to drive again, but both me and my dad are against it. My mum hasn't driven in over 20 years (Passed her driving test the first time back in the day), but now... If my mum drives, she'd be a dangerous driver. If you haven't driven 12 years, forget about driving.
Driving is a skill that needs to be practiced.

Megadriver: Learning how to not spew bullshit as you have is also a skill that needs to be practised. You are not only wrong, but also an asshole. Do us all a favour and SHUT THE FUCK UP. You don't know what dangerous driving us - you just have tunnel vision. Be quiet and go elsewhere with your average, meagre little life.

Move to Portland, OR get a nice bicycle and a bus pass. Healthier and less expensive.

Keep taking lesson's or go practise with your husband or friend. In UK you can take the test once every 10 working days. I passed on my third test in 2 months. I'm only 17.

I failed twice for parking. But I got it on my third try. Have you ever heard that third time is a charm? :)

Keep studying and practicing with another good driver/teacher. Don't take the test again until you feel confident. It will happen! Don't give up.
