Fail proof to lose weight

I cannot get under 180 to save my life.

Everyday my weight is different (ranges from 183-189lbs) and no matter what (even though I don't really stick to a plan because im forgetful) I can't get under 180
I've been skinny most of my life (I'm 5'3") and until I started working at Wendy's in 2014 and became a closer and started taking food home (plus I had quit smoking weed also) I weighed 121 and no matter how much I tried I couldn't gain weight. But after Wendy's my weight went up in a course of 2-3 yrs. Like I said im about 186 and I cannot get rid of it.

All I drink is water or lemon water. I don't like/care for sodas or juice (might drink it like once a week), but I do drink 2 percent milk sometimes. I don't like sweets, ice cream, or snacks. I prefer to eat meals. I've tried cutting carbs but impossible when noodles, sandwiches, and pasta meals are cheap and I'm poor 😂😂😂. I prefer to eat before I goto bed cuz a lot of times I won't eat till then anyways. And I just don't know wat to do. I thought about doing the apple cider vinegar thing but I'm not to sure if it work considering for me its kiiiiinda pricey for my budget.

Any who any suggestions?? 🤔

Try to have several small meals and maybe one very healthy snack a day. Work out, try to run and exercise your core. An example days worth of meals could be:
Oatmeal with blueberries in it for breakfast
Greek yogurt with lots of fruit for lunch
Before dinner maybe get a snack(maybe granola?)
And then for dinner you could have a salad with spinach, tomatoes, chicken or salmon, fruit, and carrots. And don't have a creamy dressing. Make sure to work out everyday, you don't need a gym just to lose weight.

    • I did just start this housekeeping job and I started wearing saran wrap on my stomach covered with this waist trainer thing and i sweat ALOT from it, even tho it takes nothing for me to start sweating. So imma see if that helps also. I do a lot of lifting now and constantly up and down stairs as there is no elevators there.

I think the lifting will definitely help lose fat and in return give you muscle
Don't be worried about getting ripped or anything either, that's not gonna happen unless you take steroids and eat really bulky meals, like lots of steak and grits and eggs, just basically a lot of protein.

Eat less, no one has lost weight without hunger. Count calories and eat yogurt it makes you feel more full than you are. Distract yourself from hunger. Don't eat snacks eat meals. Once you lose the weight you only need to eat meals and when you get hungry, it's easy to keep it off.

so you need to undercut your total daily energy expenditure, you can calculate it based on current weight, and use your normal diet coupled with exercise to undercut that by about 500 calories, then you'll lose weight no issues
