Me and my bf we like to more detail how to do lactate to get milk my im desperate to know that information and guide me pls thank you
you don't "need" to get pregnant to lactate, (as Couman has correctly pointed out), but it does take dedication. Also, it will be more difficult if you have never breastfed before, and more difficult as you get older and your body is "less able" to generate the hormones required to achieve lactation (prolactin and something else - sorry, I've forgotten).
That being said, if your BF were to suck on your nipples "strongly" (almost to the point of it hurting - not biting though, just sucking) for about 30 minutes a time, several times a day - you "should" begin some form of lactation within a few days. Be aware it will probably be watery to begin with, and he will need to keep doing this to keep you lactating.

Inducing lactation is fairly simple, you just have someone (presumably your BF) suck on your nipples. But you have to do it frequently and for an extended period, as if you were really feeding a baby. From what I understand it takes a fair amount of dedication.
I'm unsure if hormonal changes due to your age could pose any problem. But I've never heard that it would.
