To beard or not to beard, that is the question.
Whether 'tis nobler in chin to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous (lack of) testosterone
Or to take arms against a sea of whiskers and by shaving end them?
For some reason I am not crazy about guys with facial hair. Some guys look very good with it but I feel that the majority of men look better without it.
I like it when guys have a bit of stubble but full blown beards are a major turn off for me.
When I keep my facial hair, I grow hair on my chin, keep the hair on the front of my neck, and also hair that hugs my jawline. I shave the rest because I dont like it. However, I keep it trimmed. Trimmed to the point where it looks like I've had it only one or two weeks. I can't even grow a full beard. I pretty much have the facial hair growth of a sixteen year old. But it's all good. it just depends on what they want to do with their hair.
More often than not, I like facial hair. What I don't like is when it's too neat and precise. I don't like those chinstrap beards or soul patches. My favorite is a goatee with no 'stache or a rugged stubble look.
I have a friend who is ballsy enough to try cool stuff with his facial hair, like mutton chops and an Amish style beard. He rocks it!
I love guys with stubble...it doesn't get any sexier than that. Some men look good with the clean face but most of them look like teenagers or like they want to be 'pretty boys'
I only shave once a week. Facial hair and stubble suits me because I'm too rugged to do the pretty boy look. It doesn't suit all, though, and I know plenty of women are turned off by it.
It completely depends on the person. I used to have perma-stubble for a long time (going for the George Michael look obviously) and now I think it was one of the bigger fashion faux pas I ever made.
I look better in facial hair. Not only that but the women like the ''rough'' look
I love experimenting with my facial hair - in many ways I feel it's the male equivalent of make-up. I'd love to grow an enormous beard, or a Captain Jack Sparrow kind of thing. Problem is, it takes too long!
Best I've done so far is a Salvador Dali style 'tache, twirled up at the ends. Loved twirling it! Went down great in Turkey, not so well in England - god, they're a narrow-minded lot over there.
