Perhaps your hormones are being fucked with. Or something is actually physically wrong instead of mental such as bipolar. Now a ain't a doctor but I've seen how a brain tumor goes about effecting the brain in random ways. Outburst like those sound different than standard bipolarism. Perhaps a tumor pressing on the wrong portion of the brain (technically any tumor pressing anywhere is wrong)
