Doesnt bipolar disorder take longer to have the swings? Like its spaced out between a few days rather than minutes. Such as you have three days of depression then 3 days of cracked out energy.
Mixed episodes. Normally it doesn't swap that fast unlike it's mixed, or a poor mania episode, though typically those happen w/ aggression/irritability/anxiety other than depression. Still betting on mixed.
Extreme excitement to rage every half hour or so

there is a subtype called rapid-cycling. when i was younger i definitely had some moments like OP describes. could be a phase. could be a problem.

Nah fam, coming from someone who's been diagnosed with rapid cycling, it ain't really like this. It's more than likely mixed episodes.
Could be a brain tumor.
