Either way I don't care to see people exposing themselves in public. The way I see it it's not like I gave the person my consent to show me that. I have a little 14 year old cousin, and she certainly doesn't need to see that sort of thing. Regardless if I see it I'm calling the cops.

I agree she will eventually get busted if she keeps it up but she will not listen to my warnings.
That's why summer dresses are so nice.
