  • I hate the gym except for doing weights. Personally, I prefer kick boxing or even tai bo as it gets rids of anger induced stress. If you're new to a class, stay at the back so you can drop out for a drink (or heart attack) and no-one notices or cares.

    Start off small by walking the dog. Even being out of the house stops you eating and it's great exercise.
