  • Make your own gym. Start doing push-ups and sit-ups everyday. Fill milk jugs with rocks or sand or something for free-weights. There are some pretty creative exercises that do not require special equipment and will still get you into shape pretty good. It really just depends on how motivated you are. Infomercials on television are great at convincing suckers that buying their special equipment will make them fit, but the truth is that it is all in the mind of the person.
