I would be very careful of a "friend" like that. It could be that she finds herself being able to count on you to be a good listener and someone who can be honest with her and provide good advice. Just watch out in case there are other motives....I find that it's a 50/50 chance for either (her wanting to be your friend or she has a some motive)
