I think she's old enough for you NOT to try to boss / mother her. If I were you, I'd treat her more like a friend to get her onside and force her dad to speak to her first when he comes home. This would make her feel a little valued instead of an outsider.
Stay with your husband, she will be gone soon enough. Concentrate on your baby!
