OMG i had the exact same problem for 14 years and the solution i found was a godsend!
the only solution is to well ill put it bluntly ..... block it .... a golf ball will usually suffice but it depends howsaggy your arsehole is the only problem with this is sometimes if you do a really big fart it fires out and falls down the leg of your trousers it shouldnt do this if you push it up far enough though.. hope this helps.
