  • It's normal sometimes to focus on the what isnts rather than the what isz. Murphys Law is a law but it doesn't apply to everone all the time. If something can go wrong, it will, but maybe to the neighbor, not you this time. It's not lurking over you waiting to screw up your life. I tend to get discouraged easily. No matter how many things I found right in my life, there was always one negative that more than offset it. The only solution I know of is to consciously start changing your thoughts (rainy days are a good time to catch up on paperwork rather than I hate rainy days). As you work on your thoughts, then change your actions. Do this long enough and you'll notice your beliefs are changing as a result, which, finally, change your attitude (this is everything!). You won't do this perfect nor consistently, but pause a couple of times s day and try and find another way to look at something. Many Blessings
