You've hit rock bottom, and lost everything, so to speak.
That's an opportunity!
You now have a chance re-build your life, without the hindrance of existing friendships and relationships. You've made mistakes in the past, and you have learned from them. You (hopefully) know what you did wrong.
You can now make new friends--carefully choosing them--and find a new girlfriend, if you want. You have the freedom to mould your life as you wish, being careful not to make the same mistakes you made in the past. Your new friends don't need to know about your past mistakes.
Stop drinking, go for a walk, reflect upon what you want to do, and charge forward. This is the start of your new life.
