    Do infections ever cause hallucinations? Like I've heard of people with infections acting like weird.
    And we have one of those campus places but I'm not going to go there.

      Yes infections can cause hallucinations. So can drugs and medications. If you don't want to go to the free campus medical center, don't. After you are dead, like, it won't matter anymore. Will it?
