You can ALWAYS say no! But, people hook up all time, you shouldn't beat yourself up about it. Just be smart and don't put yourself at risk. Your 20, it is totally natural for you to flirt with guys, but the next time you find yourself in a situation where you feel like you can't say no, remind yourself over and over again in your head of the last time you hooked up with someone. Think about what it is going to feel like the next morning, that should help you say no.
I personally think the reason you feel dirty and ashamed is because your not a slut! If you are feeling so horrible when don't do it girl!! You are better than that! Try to find a healthy way to satisfy your cravings! But for now keep your number to yourself and don't hook up with anyone else until you know it is someone you really want to be with! Good luck!
