but you are naturally a good person, what if someone wants to be good but they aren't?? Should they fake it even with their self? It's really hard to live with these bad thoughts that I can't even tell anyone
Bad thoughts don't make you a bad person, bad actions do.
How could you fake it with yourself? Get out of the mind games and live a good life: it sounds as if you think you're bad because you're not perfect, but is anyone?

I'm not a good person I just try to be. Just like you.
Sometimes you really have to push yourself. Don't just become a walking carpet though.
As for the bad thoughts maybe a therapist would help?

I'm naturally a bad person, but my redeeming qualities make up for it. You've got to follow those through, and resist the urge to harm others.
You have no control over other people but you could decide to learn to like yourself and see what happens. Could it be worse than right now?
