Ringing ears (tinnitus) after exercise is quite common. It's often due to the increased blood flow. Some people are more affected than others, and it can be accompanied by nausea and dizziness.
It can be a sign of other conditions - cold/flu, ear infections etc. But the more likely cause is the increased blood flow.
