I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does exactly that. I do this weird thing with my tongue while my mouth is kinda pursed and hit my tongue against the back of my bottom front teeth or something...? I don't know what it is. I'm so weird haha.
Dude. Can't even express the joy in finding freaks like me, Haha!! But I wanted to ask, is it like, sucking on your tounge? Like...have you seen a baby sucking , like mimicking a pacifier in its mouth? I've had this issue since I was a baby. I'm in my mid 20s now. It usually happens every time my mouth is just closed and I don't have much to concentrate on or actively think about. Its embarrassing, makes my lips poke out and my entire mouth moves. Good to know I'm not alone!!!
Your not alone! I am 45 years old now and have had this "problem" since I was very young. My sister has always laughed at me and still does at our age! She would say stop "sucking" your pillow.
I have always wondered if anyone else had this habit. Seems I can not go to sleep without it, but have gone on business trips without my pillow and do fine without it. But as soon as I get home and I see my pillow I have to put it to my face hard. Its weird, but can not stop this bizarre habit.
enjoying the drool on my pillow
