For years i used to go to truck stops late night or public psrks at night ant wait for random people to watch me touching myself. Sometimes there would be up to 4 people watching mebat same time. I miss those days
Or, if you are in a large vehicle with an air horn, blow the air horn and freak everyone out XD
Sadly my trucking days were pretty boring with no interesting stories like women flashing me, or seeing people masturbate.
Sometimes kids would stare from cars at the truck, but that's about it.
There was this one time I had to wait for 2 hours and decided to take a nap in the cab. It was at this really creepy, run down warehouse in the middle of nowhere and the only 2 people around me were the sketchiest looking truck drivers ever. They looked like WWII refugees...
Anyway, I dozed off and woke up with a guy on a stool looking into my cab, watching me sleep. I started shouting insults and as I opened the door, the guy ran away. No clue what he was up to...
For the rest of the break I stayed awake.

I can't think of any reason not to call the cops if I see someone doing what you are talking about. It's illegal, so if I haven't given anyone consent to do that in front of me so my only choice is to stand up for my rights, and call the police so that justice can be served.
