Elevators make me dizzy.

I rarely go on elevators because I have a fear of them,
but if I have to use one, I will, but I still don't like it.
However, whenever I'm on one and it's moving, I become light-headed and dizzy and when I get off, I become even more dizzy.

Is this normal?
