It's very simple y educated people dnt hv many kids lk uneducated people. It's cause smart knw its there responsibility to raise a child. They dnt expect the state to help them so they gv there plans for life in order first. Whn uneducated people look at it lk oh I can get more money frm the state if I hv more kids.
