  • If you dont want to answer questions its your prerogative. I just have a few questions theres no sense to read an entire book that I dont really trust.

To be honest I trust word of mouth more than books when it comes to these things. Everyone who writes about nutrition seems to cherry pick. Ive seen it from all sides.

They're gonna debunk vegan studies and cite their own studies, then you can read a vegan book and they will debunk carnivore studies and cite new studies. There's too much bias coming from everywhere. You ask a doctor and they cite info theyre obligated to tell you by the AHA to keep their license. Seems like you cant trust anyone who writes these things I want to hear from people who have done it themselves.

    • I will repeat what I said in my 1st post. An all meat diet is healthy if its done right; and not healthy if not done right (as are many diets).

I provided you the best reference book on the subject that I know of (there is another good one; but the one I provided is better).

If your not willing to learn about this kind of diet on your own... Why should anyone be willing to help you?

I assist a lot of people. But about 5 times more I drop because they are not willing to help themselves. Your not a baby anymore, nor do you sound like a person who is bed ridden with severe health issues. No one needs to spoon feed you.

      I'm done with this conversation.
