I'm only 15 so I can't really do that and the reason I don't want to tell my parents is because there all religious and they're gonna be like " oh it's demons"
Just because you are 15 doesn't mean you can't seek medical advice. Why do your parents even have to know what the issue is? Can't you just say its a personal or private thing and they send you?
Whatever it is, you should seek medical advice by whatever means you can. Maybe there are free and confidential services provided where you live?

There are medical privacy laws. You might want to look into what the limitations are and then go seek professional help.
