Unless you are willing to walk along side of her through such debilitating obstacles, you ARE using her. If you had your one chance to go (and completely afford it) would you? There's your acid test (I'm not saying your a bad person, just in a deep situation and in need of some no-nonsense advice. Just don't lie to yourself, and don't be brutally truthful with her.
