  • Duante wasn't a supporter of the justice system working or following the law. He wouldn't have Rob the lady, he would have turned his self in since there was a warrant for his arrest, he wouldn't have been driving with expired registration, he wouldn't have resisted arrest, he wouldn't have tried to escape. Long list of not caring about the law, hurting others, or caring about the justice system and doing what's right. He died the way he lived..

That said the cops did not take justice into their own hands. She admitted making a mistake she truly seemed surprised and upset in the video.
Unfortunately for Daunte they probably had their guns already out because he was known to have used a deadly weapon in the warrant. They would normally have their tazers at the ready for a nonthreatening, nondangerous situation. She should face punishment, not sure how severe, her accident did take a life but so did the car builder that fail to make sure their car was safe, the mechanic that failed to tighten the lug nuts or fix the brakes properly. Help us all if a mistake or accident is enough to crucify and end/ruin the life of someone. Even a deadly DUI, which I would argue has more negligence or irresponsibility doesn't carry that kind of career/life ending punishment.
