Drinking too much stuff
my daily routine:
AM: 3 cups coffee
PM: 32 oz Coke
Evening: 2 glasses red wine
Late night: 1 dose NyQuil
I'm a mom of two little ones and I have a full time job. Literally can't get through a day without all of these things and if I skip just one I feel extreme distress or fatigue.
How can I get over this multiple component energy and sleep aid addiction? I know these drugs all feed off each other to keep me hooked in the cycle.
