I'm not sure if this is a serious question or whether you're a troll. Whatever, I'll assume the former: if you're worried about negative reactions I don't see why you'd have to have a drink from your baby bottle in public - just how thirsty do you get? And it's not the middle of summer over there, is it?
If you do need to do it, I don't see a problem with it and I'll bet nobody will comment, they'll just avert their eyes as people do from anyone who looks or is doing anything unusual. I don't think I'd think anything of it, except to maybe feel a bit envious: there's a particular brand of bottled water which I buy every now and then and refill in between purchases, and there's something about sucking on it which I enjoy. Probably weaned too early when my sister turned up unexpectedly I reckon, but who knows? I just enjoy sucking and I don't care if it's a leftover from my infancy.
If you're worried about negative reactions, why not put the baby bottle in a sock or something to disguise it?
I wish I was a troll, whatever that means. Unfortunately, this is a serious question due to uncontrollably spasticity related to my CP. Also, thanks for the idea about putting it in a disguise container.
I drink from a baby bottle and lots of time drink baby formula for its vitamins etc. It keeps the weight down and I like the feel of acting like a baby as I also wear diapers and plastic pants 24/7. Don't let anyone make you feel bad. Do what you feel comfortable with. I do!
Thanks for you comment, I don't feel I'm the only one in the world with this lifestyle. Having Cerebral Palsy really makes things difficult sometimes. I also wear diapers 24/7.
