It's possible. I'm a slim 5"5 girl and I used to drink 70cl of vodka in a night fairly regularly. That would be on a night starting drinking at like 8 and finishing at about 4 or 5am, so if he's talking about drinking over a period of time I'd say it's absolutely plausible but probably a terrible idea.
If he's an over average sized male in both height and weight + has been drinking consistently for a while then yeah probably.
I think I did it once in my life half way through my first year of university however this was after heavy drinking for a year + gained over a stone in weight + I was smashed
It's entirely possible, especially with Coke or Red Bull, and if it was over a reasonable period (five hours or longer), and he had eaten food, and he had a tolerance.
But, for balance, when I was 20 I drank less than this in one night and had such severe alcohol poisoning that I couldn't eat for four days and could only drink water a sip at a time.
