As I stated merely observing someone in public is superficial because they may just be putting on a public face, i.e on their best behavior according to the role of an employee etc.
I know plenty of people who are cheerful happy employees and total bitches outside the job.
What's not to understand about getting to know someone personally before entering a relationship???
