Does tylenol cause slight fever?

I got a cramp today so I took tylenol and I got a slight fever. It usually goes away the next day. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I looked up its side effects but it’s not there. I know its a fever-reducer, but I got a fever(slight) instead. Is it normal?

Some people react differently to the medication. I have had headaches before and took this medicine and for me, it did the same, it made it worse. If you are on more than 2 medications then I suggest not taking Tylenol (or any other pain killers) as it can thin or dilate veins, which can cause cramps, migraines, or fever. Therefore, it's different for everyone, and can be considered normal.

Was it menstrual cramps? I used to get fevers when I was on my period.

I have never heard of tylenol inducing fever. Did u just feel warm or did you use a thermometer? Its only a fever if it shows on thermometer.
