Does this happens to everyone

So I am 18yro & sometimes I do things which I literally dont know why I am doing this I mean there is no reason to do this it doesnt mean that I do bad things like killing or beating someone I just do harmless stuff like I always take shower in my parents washroom not mine & I only pee in my washroom & some other crazy stuff(I guess) so I am not asking if its normal I am just asking does it happen to others too??
BTW I am not a superstitious guy so

    Might be obsessive thoughts? It's normal but if you're bothered by them you should talk to someone
